Limitations of Socionics
I don't know if you've all read this already, but I think that it's an interesting and an important read. A lot of people like to relate pretty much everything to types, even something very stupid like "Is how you eat related to types?", which obviously hasn't got anything to do with anything.

True, but how much a person eats may have a something to do with Socionics.

My own phitype theory can be used as an addition to socionics, in order to overcome some of these limitations.

It has absolutely nothing to do with socionics. I eat like a nasty straight man pig (my mouth is open, I slobber etc.), and that is really sooo not how my general personality is. Other IEIs a lot of the time are stronger and pick up new skills easier than I can, I'm more of the 'blossoming type' and have always been a bit slower/behind my peers.
