Types most/least susceptible to nepotism

I think Gamma and Delta quadra members are most susceptible to acting in a nepotist way, due to their Fi, which means they have an attachment to the people they know and like, rather than to rules and regulations. Alphas and Betas are more likely to abide by the rules and tell one of their friends to fuck off if they're trying to secure a place in office or something.

I think this is more relevant to Se/Ni quadra members, since they're the kinds of people who strive to achieve and gain entry into the higher echelons of society. Nonetheless, Deltas and Alphas might play some part at least in this.

yeah, uhg that sounds like a Delta thing. I don't know how keen Gamma's would be on that though. Really, I can only see this for Delta. maybe some more pretentious Alphas.

I think you're making unfair and untrue generalizations based on quadra preferences. I noticed you doing this earlier when you stated you could see why Deltas and Alphas would not like WATCHMEN due to being a Se/Ni movie, though myself, IAnnAu, and Khola (Si/Ne ppl) all enjoyed it ESTP didn't care for it, which she stated in the post above yours in that very thread.

To a healthy extent, we all do this, but I (and, I suspect, many other Gammas and Deltas) would never give an important occupational position to a relative/friend if it meant turning away a much more qualified/deserving candidate just because I could.

I think you might be attributing too much of your own personal values to quadra values.

Gamma and Delta have Te. And one could easily argue that Fe is related to nepotism.

Just because nepotism is related to relationship does not automatically make it an exclusively Fi phenomenon.

I just feel that Delta's kinda give off that favoritism vibe more so than other quadra's.

Im sure any type could do it, but I just kinda feel it nepotism is something Delta's are likely to engage in more so than other quadra's
