The co-owner of the place, Ami, is the bold guy.

What type is he?

Some extra information: he has been in the army, special forces. He does MMA or somekind of boxing/wrestling as a hobby. He keeps his cool most of the time, though he's not really a silent type. He has bouts of anger. And ofcourse he is a tattooer. Well that's about it.

I haven't seen the show, but how about SLI as a suggestion? If not then perhaps ESE followed by beta ST.

I've also been considering SLI.

I can pretty much rule out ESE, since he's in no way enthusiastic or showing emotions. On contrary.

I don't see SLI for Ami in the slightest. He screams LSI. He doesn't remind me of myself at all. If ever there were a clear cut LSI, it'd have to be him.
