They're really about sheer, raw +: "what works to increase my power, wealth, and influence, and standing among those close to me?" Of course, one possible manifestation of Ti PoLR is precisely a "blind" adherence to some system or ideas, but usually not consciously.

Right, and this is how her position on Ti seems. She doesn't treat it in the same way I would expect an ESI to (attempting to engage in it, albeit minimally, to compensate for deficiencies); instead, she seems fairly blind to it.
