Constantine was an EIE imo.
For those interested, one episode of a BBC docu-drama series on ancient Rome was about Constantine and is on YouTube. It's not always that accurate, but their portrayal of his personality and character is pretty much as I've always imagined him.
Justinian is more complicated, but to begin with I'd say probably a Beta extrovert, EIE or SLE. I find it tempting to see him and Theodora as an EIE-LSI couple.
