I test INTJ in MBTT, but it has been said that I do not fit with the INTj persona in socionic theory.

Maybe you could describe yourself? What doesn't fit?
Supposedly I VI as INTp. I tried to learn Reinin Dichotomies and subtypes but that didn't help. I too am a metaphysician. Do you prefer ontology or epistemology? What would you like me to describe?

None of that stuff really matters if you're just trying to figure out your type. You could post some pictures along with a self-description. What kinds of things cause the most stress for you? What would be the perfect life for you? What personal qualities do you look for? etc.
.
Does that help? I don't have many pictures.
My enneagram is also 5. I like intellectual pursuits...
Idk. It would be best to post an extended self-description.
I have been in the Gifted Program since my first year of elementary school and the International Baccalaureate Program until my final year of high school. I have been a computer programmer since I was eight, which was about the same time I began reading at the college level. I am a National Merit Scholarship Semifinalist and an Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction, and scored well above the 99th percentile on the SAT, ACT, and AFQT. I helped found my high school's chess club and was considered first guitar (of three) in the Varsity Jazz Band for three consecutive years. In college I was active in the College Student Interest Group in Neurology, the Biophysics Club, the Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society, and the Golden Key International Honour Society. I am also a member of the American Physical Society, the Philosophy of Science Association, and the International Society for Philosophical Enquiry (which is limited to those who can score in the top tenth of the 99th percentile of standard IQ Tests). I have conducted scientific research studies at the University of South Florida Nanoscale Biological Physics Laboratory in Polymer-Surface Interactions, the University of Florida McKnight Brain Institute Edison Laboratory in Sex Pheromone Discovery, and the University of South Florida Light Detection and Ranging Laboratory in Vehicle Occupancy Detection. My musical tastes include gamelan, klezmer, and flamenco. Thank you for helping me.
damn you smart.

This is me and my dual being scientific together
My father is an INTj, and he was exceedingly bright at his school back in the 60's.
Why do you listen to flamenco, etc. What do you get out of it? To raise your emotional state? And how do you feel about eating healthy?
My father has a personal opinion on everything, our house is a library because of him, all he does is read, and he never eats sugar or drinks soda. He is always giving me fruit and vegetables to eat.
My father listens to music that raises his emotional state, sometimes he even cries at songs, and he is 57 years old and never cries.

barely.
My house is on the edge of flooding, but other than that I'm fine.
Why would you choose vegetarianism btw?

hmmm, how do you handle aggression?
I have a feeling you're INTj, because your pursuits seem Ne.
but what do i know.

I think my father is like that because of his age and well-roundedness, he's married to his super-ego relation, a ISFj. I have talked to other INTj's here, and he a lot like them, except the addiction to healthy eating. I don't think he did that when he was younger however. We have a ton of health books though.
On the topic of INTp, I believe it is possible, but I don't see an Fe PoLR from you, nor Si role.

I was actually told that I did have Fe PoLR, but it was when I was trying to prove a point that the other (ISTp) refused to accept. He thought I was just being hostile, and said that I had Fe PoLR and he knew because he had it too.
I hate bringing up my father so much, but when he argues, he never gives up. He is so confident he is right, that he will argue and argue and argue until the other person gives up. He has thought so much about his position that he's right about 95% of the time.
and the istp has Fe PoLR too, who told you you did?

I'm not sure if what I said about my dad also applies to INTps also, but I have talked to INTps before online and in real life, they don't argue much unless they know they can win. They use their Ni base to "predict the future" in a way.
I'm kinda at a loss now, xD.

I like your name on here--that's one of my favorite legends.
From the picture, I'd go with IXTp... But to be accurate at typing, I'm best with a video... Do you have one of those? peace
From your facial expressions in those, I'd say IXTx is pretty clear... Honestly, it should be easy to find out the whole type if you make a video where you're talking... peace, -Justin
pretty awesome, guy.
I think you do VI more Te than Ti.
the descriptions you gave us .. i think they aren't really type related.. except maybe that you spend a lot of time thinking about intellectual pursuits.

Thanks. What would you like me to describe?

hm.. maybe the last argument or unpleasant interaction you had with someone. What was it about, how did you react, what pissed you off.
I had been considering ENTj for you in addition to IxTx but the last video I believe seems Fe polr or IxTx. Does not appear extraverted.
I am not sure...I really love debate so to me arguments are actually quite pleasurable. I tend to handle social situations very efficiently as well so I am rarely confronted with regard to anything...I tend to be the most upset when I am forced to appease someone who is being unreasonable. I hope that helps...

I also like to read, lift weights, jog, swim, snowboard, go to nightclubs, write music, play guitar, play basketball, play paintball, play chess, play cards, play pool, play darts, or make video games. I was a physics major and math minor in college but I took many other courses outside my primary field of study (like theory of knowledge, behavior modification, and neuroethology). Is there anything else you'd like me to describe?
you seem very active. Which is more typical of extraverted types than introverted ones. I will retract my other typings now. Now you seem like you could even be an ENTp. I'm going to bed now though so I hope others can ask you some good questions.
Btw I was using "argument" in the colloquial sense, but the answer was still illuminating. What does make you upset then?
I also perceived your fast pace in your video as a possible Fe polr but had some reservations since you seemed to say thank you a lot.. and then i realized you probably get compliments a lot because of your skills, and such a reaction could just be conditioned and meaningless.
How do you come to a decision? Use a specific example.
what is your ideal life? To use the poster Expat's test.
Thank you for your assistance. I do have a tendency to speak rather quickly, it is in fact related to my impatience with regard to the act of communication. I have a fear of incompetence which is likely to upset me. When I make a decision I initially confirm whether the value is more relevant in the future or present and I compare various alternatives to maximize utility. I don't like to rely on Bayesian inference but I will use it if necessary. My ideal occupation would be to rationalize the physiology of the universe by interpreting raw empirical data, to remove the redundancies and explore the idiosyncrasies of analogous formulations, and to reduce all of it to a set of generalized principles. Where can I find Expat's Test?
