Just for fun, it's something i've been looking into recently. As per the body type/type correlations, this guy Sheldon looked into stuff like that, but i'm skeptical to place any emphasis on it.

I'm pretty much a mesomorph I think. I've got a small waist and I gain/lose weight pretty easily. I've always been pretty muscular though I don't exercise much. I would beat guys my age in arm-wrestling competitions when I was a kid. Now - not so much.

I...don't fucking know...I've always considered myself to have a slightly abnormal body and...I don't know. I suppose I build muscle pretty quickly...however it only seems to happen in my legs unless I've been swimming a lot (as in, on a team). I'm 6'0 but...I don't have slender limbs. I have pretty broad shoulders too...thought not ridiculously broad. Long legs and arms...pretty wide hips which makes buying pants EXTREMELY hard....gah. Long torso...which is why I was really happy when this style for longer shirts came about.

I always have a rough time describing my body shape and what not. Because...I can never really think of the right words to describe it, and I don't think about it often. I just am what I am...and all I can really control is the amount of muscle and fat, so thats what I focus on.

I honestly have no idea. I think I am the "skinny bitch" type, so ecto perhaps. But I may have somewhat of an meson lean. I think ecto people don't really have much of an ass though, right? I have a decently defined bottom, it's not lacking.

But I don't think I will ever be "fat", so to say. I'm not sure. Maybe something similar to Steve, being muscular a little bit. Hmm. I can't wait until later this week when I get to restart my physical training.

Here is what I got

Your body is closest to a Mesomorph. You have a naturally fit body but to maintain it or improve it you should exercise and diet correctly for your type. Strength training can be done more often and for longer sessions then would be good for an Ectomorph, but you must still be carefull not to overdo it. You should train with moderate to heavy weighs and at a moderate pace, not resting too long between sets. You will find you gain muscle quite easy (some women and even men might not want to get too bulky, but this won't happen suddenly. But it seems from the little I skimmed () that you can be between Ecto and Meso, or between Meso and Endo - but you can't be between Ecto and Endo?
