I think betas, from my viewpoint and some I know, would either rather work very actively and harmoniously with people or to be left out of politics. What I read on wikiscion makes me belive that we do value harmonius evioronments and that our merry and aristocratic orientation makes us respect hierarchy, but also sort of feel apart of one ourselves. I really can't believe the audacity of deltas in the work place, but enjoy gammas as bosses or co-workers. alphas i can work with, but having them for a boss is generally too unstructured for me.

Yes, if you learn about socionics you'll see that your impression of what is "dry and boring" is, to a large degree, dependent on your type. If you find your LSI so boring, just give him a goal, or compete with him to accomplish anything worthwhile and you'll see that he'll utterly kick your ass, and not only that but he'll do it so good that it will actually be exciting to watch him do it whereas you'll be begging him to help you do your part.
