Seems interesting - same thing basically as Covey and going from "effectiveness to greatness" - 8th Habit, but more " "practical" ", hard nosed reality, so to say. They both say the same thing. Covey is more explicit in terms of dealing with the why and how in his book.
Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.
