a strong willed person to say the least. iam conflicted. these people who participate follow whatever path they choose ignoring practicality if the situaiton clals for such ignorance. my need for stability and planning says no to such constructs regardless of my desire to discipline and destroy my self-concept.

What a crock of shit. Like I need somebody to tell me how to get physically and mentally healthy and tough. Prophet of my fucking cock. He doesn't even know that pushups, if not done overhead, are a dangerous exercise.

    Shit like this:

Make my ear bleed. Just make people do some fucking hard exercise and climb mountains. That's all they need, not to write 24234234322342345243543 journals and read 325423543534 books.

Anything that attempts to redefine spirituality for a modern world will be crap. Everyone's cashing in on populations' feelings of "oooh, I've got everything I want except happiness. Let's listen to some guru who pretends to know what he's talking about".

This is for a bunch of 6s written by a 6 who needed something to keep him going and make himself feel good.

I disagree with your opinions. Too simplistic.

I didn't read it. But what do you mean "pushups, if not done overhead, are a dangerous exercise." ?
They overfocus on the development of the chest and the anterior part of the shoulders, and without corrective simmetric exercises they create a muscular imbalance. Overhead purshup, on the other hand, make use of both the anterior and posterior deltoid, the higher section of the chest, and the middle section of the back.

Of course, part of this knowledge is because I used to do a lot of pushups, and later I had to correct the imbalance.

How do you do an overhead pushup?

How is it different from a regular pushup? Are your hands closer to your head? I've never heard of that term.

It's also called, probably more widely, handstand pushup.

You place yourself in handstand position, with the tip of the toes touching the wall so that you don't lose equilibrium. From that position, firmly fixing the upper part of the head towards the floor, you do pushups.

I agree they are missing your point UDP. No point critising these people for trying to get fit and reinventing themselves. Much better than all the lazy asses that do shit all. You never said you were going to do it just that these people are crazy! which i agree
