You mistyped her. She's actually ESI, and is conditioned by the evil Gamma overlords to be be hostile towards noble LII's. Or you need to re-work your version of Socionics to fit EII's as "hostile" types.

Talk to her, strengthen your relationship with her, let her know you are there for her.
She most likely would appreciate it if you take an interest into her day to day life, even if she does not act like it at first.

I just heard a story of an EII who started a job and hates it because she was so shy. She had to work with people and it made her really uncomfortable for whatever reason. EII's can absorb the feelings and stresses of others fairly well, and sometimes they cannot avoid it... so offer some of your IJ emotional levity to her, and figure out how to demonstrate some caregiving. Even if you are not good at it, she might appreciate the effort.
