    Default Si hyper-activity

What is going on? It's on the back of my mind 24/7: the skill, the skill, the skill and I just can't let it go. However, I'd rather keep it to myself alone and dislike having to share it. A type thing? Something else (i'm old enough to have passed the 'phases' unless it's a life stage)?

    Any suggestions?

I understood nothing of this. Which skill? What phases? What hyper-activity?

What is your type? It is hard to figure out how relates to you without knowing your type.

Edit: Wait you're an ESE? Ok then, I can't isolate how Si factors in but ESEs are known for liking to learn skills and/or qualifications to show off. 2w3?

Just your brain letting you know what it's found. The fact that you don't want to talk about it may be introversion but idk because my brain's being kept on a certain level of distraction/focus by the constant thumping coming from the next apartment.

I was reading today, and coincidentally, I came across this, and it made me think of this question:
Spitteler’s Prometheus, like his God, turns away from
the world, from the periphery, and gazes inwards to the
centre, the “narrow passage” of rebirth. This concentration
or introversion pipes the libido into the unconscious. The
activity of the unconscious is increased—the psyche begins to
“work” and creates a product that wants to get out of the
unconscious into consciousness. But consciousness has two
attitudes: the Promethean, which withdraws the libido from
the world, introverting without giving out, and the
Epimethean, constantly giving out and responding in a
soulless fashion, fascinated by the claims of external objects.

Plot twist: Delilah is actually the split personality of akash.

Psych. Types Chapter on Poetry. Jung calls Spitteler's Prometheus the "introverted man of action."
