Default Explain each quadral complex in 1-3 sentences

The quadras are a deeper part of socionics theory and I think this thread could help introduce the newbies to them! A succinct and honest description could be a good stepping stone to learning about quadras. I, myself, have not looked into quadras very much and am curious what you all have to say.

So, to keep things short and interesting, 1-3 sentences please! Thanks!

I don't remember that for Augustunavichiute quadras were more than just some of valued functions.
There was no special trait for every type of some quadra.

    an example:
"Alpha- Informative but down to earth"
base N are down to earth?

But every quadra values different functions in unique ways.

    an example:
"Alpha- Informative but down to earth"
base N are down to earth?
Ne; openness towards ideas and people. Not prone to dismissing or eliminating differing viewpoints or lifestyles of others

Idk, Ne is somehow more realistic and focus on the present better than Ni

Quadra complexes were mentioned by Strat but not Aushra. That said, it doesn't make it bs just because it doesn't come from Aushra, now does it? Aushra is not god.

Quadra complexes in my own words

Alpha fears judgement and harshness that would make expression of their ideas look stupid
Beta fears not being able to climb up the social hierarachy and to find a decent place in a power structure
Gamma fears not being able to self-realize through an activity by being limited in their capacity to act
Delta fears are a mix of alpha and gamma; harshness that makes it difficult to self-realize

Sometimes I find myself reading something on this site which is a revelation, hiding in plain site.

I just realized that my main goal throughout my life has been to self-realize through activity.

    Thanks, @Uncle Ave.

Quadra values assume everyone cares about the social sphere. Try this exercise with Social Instinct lasts in mind and see what you come up with.

What qualitities do they prioritize when focused on increasing the attractiveness, stimulation, and enjoyment within their relationships, activities, and interests?

What do they prioritize when focused on preserving their quality of life and psychological well-being?

What do they prioritize when focused on maintaining their preferred relationship to strangers, groups, and society?

    Sol's epsilon "quadra" fears heresy.

I have issues with trying to finish things. Make me want to hang myself. My thesis supervisor expressed this: Why can't you keep up the quality work? It is like you have a lots of great things here but then ugh... Because I'm getting bored af.

Alpha probably fears not being able to be what ever they want here and now. Hence "not being able to keep their mouths shut" seems like a reaction to it.
