I'm not sure if I am ESE. I got ESFJ for MBTI, I think it's the same thing.

ESFJ = ESE. Mistakes in types are possible. There is a lack of objectivity in typing methods.
To be sure in your type, I recommend to study types, to type people near and to check your type by intertype relations (IR) effects.
And you may get opinions of other people about your type, what may poin on other possible types.

Well they're in the introductions page for the whole community so the whole community should welcome them, no? I mean if there were different forums for different quadra and we segregate ourselves as a Socionic community by type, well then, it'll be another story.

Well the real story that you're completely unaware of is that I intimately know @DEAD and was writing exclusively to him. I know it may not have seemed Alpha of myself to distinguish between insiders and outsiders, and what I'm about to write is certainly not Alpha either, but you should you mind your own business. Fi isn't your strong point and you were entirely oblivious to the sheer proximity of our psychological distance xD
