every few months i fall into the fucking with indian tech support scammers rabbit hole on youtube. found this guy today and he's pretty great, doesn't just try to record and waste their time on the phone, but lures them into downloading his own remote access onto their call center computers so he can dl their files, find out who they are to report, and inform the people they've taken that they got scammed. idk might be boring to some, but after waking up one morning to my mom having falling for the "microsoft tech support" call (thankfully i found out in time to get it dealt with before she lost anything) it's really satisfying to watch someone go so deep into fucking with these people back.

that first guy scamming his subletters in taking in their rent, pretending to be the landlord, while not paying any bills up to the eviction day, then jumping ship to the next house ... known a few people who got burned on fake lease papers like this
always, always check if the person that you're renting from is actually the owner of the property and not a faker like this guy
