I guess the question is, if you were to theoretically have one other person in your life and kill all the other ones, would you spare your dual?

I would say that having other people around is the only thing that makes my dual bearable. If it was just me and an ESE, I would go completely insane.

You phrased the question too extremely. I'd kill myself before making a choice that made me directly responsible for that many lost lives--my life wouldn't be worth living anyway if I had to deal with the guilt of that choice every day of my life.

These types of questions are a little on the extreme side as they deal with almost impossible scenarios, like the "if you were stranded on a desert island and you could choose____" question.
While I understand the purpose is to see what others prioritize, it's still too improbable to even bother contemplating
