So, in the recommended videos for mine on Youtube, I came acrossthis video of Gilly. I was surprised by how much he reminds me of my brother (who I type as SLE), actually. He's like a more intellectual, more intuitive version of my brother, lol. Definitely NOT an introvert, IMO. I could actually see a very Ti-SLE, or ILE. EIE could also work, but EIEs seem much more conscientious about controlling their image, and very concerned about coming across as "put together" or very deliberate in everything that they say or how they emote. Gilly just seems like he wouldn't give as much of a fuck, lol.

Well I think Dialectic-Algorithmic sounds the most like how my mind operates as a whole. Everything in my head is kind of like a balancing act, and I got myself all kinds of confused when I was younger by glomming on to CD-esque intellectual maxims reached in the bowels of formal logic deconstructionism.

seriously though, while SLE-Ti is plausible in many ways, it ultimately doesn't add up; mainly because holographic thinking style doesn't match as well as algorithmic, more of a precariously exerted control and constant monitoring than the sundered streamlining I get from SLEs. he's reactive but within bounds. other than that it's pretty obvious if you see him around his Ni-EIE gf, it's like an implicit lingo and vague halfway sensical allusions to energies. fire the lazers.

Gilly, does it really matter anymore? lol. I've done the same searching as you but when I really stop and think and realize that even if I did know my 'real' type, it wouldn't make a tiny bit of difference in my life whatsoever.
Is it going to change anything? No. But I'd still like to know, if only for the sake of just knowing. Socionics has a place in my mind, and my own type is a blank space within that place, and I don't like blank spaces.
