The thing with Hungarians is that this region is very mixed due to constant invasion from the east and west and the population reflects this genetically even if we look like most Europeans. I used to be very good friends with a Hungarian member on here so got some snippets of the language and culture. So much so that when I met a Hungarian guy in Irl he told me to guess where he was from and I said Hungarian, and then he said “nobody ever guesses it right, wtf.”
