I bought this CD the same month as Plaid formerly The Black Dog 's debut came out. You might like Loscil Submers or First Narrows though it's less active than IDM - it's ambient.
It's been difficult finding new experimental music I like. The "new" college music now is mostly spinoffs of what I was listening to in the 90s best fringe. E.g. Georgia's Be Ache is like old Bjork & Alex Empire.
