    Easy, breezy, beautiful, CoverGirl.
The Barnum or Forer effect is the tendency for people to judge that general, universally valid statements about personality are actually specific descriptions of their own personalities. A "universally valid" statement is one that is true of everyone—or, more likely, nearly everyone. It is not known why people tend to make such misjudgments, but the effect has been experimentally reproduced.

The psychologist Paul Meehl named this fallacy "the P.T. Barnum effect" because Barnum built his circus and dime museum on the principle of having something for everyone. It is also called "the Forer effect" after its discoverer, the psychologist Bertram R. Forer, who modestly dubbed it "the fallacy of personal validation".

It doesn't really seem worth it to me, its pricey and you have to take medicine everyday for the rest of your life or your body will reject the transplant and the hair will fall out.

The Yul Brynner style or the Bruce Willis style or the Vin Diesel or the Andre Agassi Style and sometimes a more sober style like the Patrick Stewart one. I change very often , it depends on my mood and the climat.

I have type 1 or 2a. After getting out of the shower my hair is perfectly straight, but acquires a bit of a very loose wave awhile after washing it. Hair follicles are fairly spaced apart. Individual hairs are too fine to feel between your fingers unless you have at least three or four of them. My ponytail diameter is maybe just barely an inch, if that. I'm 25 this year and still haven't experienced any new hairline recession, but it was rather high to begin with even as a child. Hopefully it doesn't get any higher. I've always disliked my natural hairline, and it really doesn't help that my hair is so naturally thin and fine too. I feel like I look like Sméagol when it gets even slightly oily lol

Soft and curly, turns to frizz when I brush it.

The water in my area is classified as “very hard” and poses an ongoing aesthetic risk to the health and vitality of my hair.

Curls don't like brushing!!!!! Finger comb lightly, encourage curls. Overly condition curls. Love curls. Embrace curls! I feel very defensive about curl abuse. @Poptart since your water is "very hard" that exasperates the effects of shampoo, so curly hair shampoo if you must is best and tons of good conditioner after ... helps those hair follicles do their natural thing.

Do you have any recommendations for conditioner? I was using Neutrogena Triple Recovery Hair Mask instead of conditioner, but it was tragically discontinued last year, and I still haven’t found a good alternative.

Look for curly hair products, things without -cones and alcohol, -ates and such.

Alba botanica more moisture conditioner with Coconut Milk is nice - very moisture rich, a bit heady hahaha.

Pantene Essential Oils Lavender and Basil is good too. Much lighter conditioner than the Alba.

I use one or the other, depending on things.

There was a Pantene Cucumber Botanical conditioner that I loved, but I could only find it at Costco, and now only on their site, well a couple of years ago... not sure about now.

Hope that helps, just find paraben, silicone, sulfate, and all the junk as 0% in products. None of those ingredients are kind to curly hair.

yeah i assumed u very likely dont but i didnt mention it bc i keep saying things like "i think X" to make it sound as if im not making an assertion, like i have to over explain everything every time and then make other ppl overexplain everything so me saying that i know u prolly dont care could have been redundant or annoying and now i have to say i dont mean that u explaining urself is annoying

These are the most common hair types, but there are some less known. But all of these hair types have something in common: the necessity of being clean and healthy. There are so many cases these days of people starting to lose their hair even at a younger age. I had the issue of hair loss until 2 weeks ago. It all was due to the high stress I had for the past month. Someone even recommended me a hair transplant or to use Olaplex 9 if it's possible anymore. I had to consult my doctor before taking any action. Now it's getting better slowly but steadily.
