@Delilah: hmm, I kind of get it? Though it's hard to separate types and quadra. I think the only unusual/non-type-matching vibe for me is that I don't feel like @Medusa is opposing quadra. I'm a big fan of her posts here and on her blog. She doesn't throw me off balance as much as Beta NFs usually do; maybe b/c we have the same instinctual stacking.

Conflicting doesn't mean I have a problem with the person, just that it's difficult to understand where they are coming from and their way of thinking, motivations and desires are alien to me. It's not necessarily connected with my socionics typings of these people - it can be connected to other things (e types, variants,...). Some people are strange mixtures - homeys in a way, but questionmarks in others.

Quadra is not that important. They're about as loose associations as Gulenko's Cognitive Styles, temperaments, and whatever. People like forming tribes though.
