Thinking that it is possible to quantify things like that, especially to the extent where you can say anything about a 5:1 "ratio". Plus, (although he might have just been glossing over it to make it simpler for the audience) the "positive" things can only be called positive because they correlate with relationship success in the first place.

All over the place Watch the second video: he completely fails to define what he means by "positive" and "negative" things, leaving room completely open for interpretation, and allowing for excessive inclusion of "possible" actions that might conceivably fall into one of these poorly-defined categories. Weak Ti, Ne, and Te preference.
