I am a big tennis fan so I decided to put one of my favorite players up for VI. I think she is pretty cool but sports commentators are always going on and on about how antisocial and unfriendly she is in real life .

So guys what type do you think she is?

I could more easily see her as nearly anything else except ESFp. Her reputation for being an extremely cool, anti-social, unfriendly, loner (at least a lot a tennis commentators and other players who have met her thinks she is) just sort of does not seem ESFp. Some have even said she would probably make more money through endorsements if she was "nicer" and more "outgoing". Her reputation seems a lot like the reputation some ISTps/"introverted" ESTjs have. I just cannot see her as the dual of an INTp.

Rick has Grace Kelly typed as ISTp. I think they do VI similar (except Kelly perhaps gives a bit more introverted vibe). However I don't know Sharapova much besides what I have seen her play so I can't say this or that reliably.

I think she's either ISTp or ESTj. And her comments about being a business person point toward rather than away from it, IMO.

I remember watching an interview of Sharapova once and when she listed stamp collecting as her favorite hobby, and she is rumored to be dating Andy Roddick (not sure about his type). Anyway, I find SLIs unlikely to let off their steam in the court by howling like an alarm siren everytime they hit the ball. She could be LSE Te subtype. LSE Te subtype can be seen "cool, anti-social, and unfriendly", and Sharapova seems to be a rational type. Even though SLIs might have such qualities, I realize that SLIs appear friendlier despite their quietness and cool demeanor, and people are more easily drawn to them.

Delta ST makes sense. I can't rule out ESTj either based on VI. I think ESTjs often have that kind of slim and tall figure with very "stiff" back (or is it "graceful posture").
