okay, i tried to get the IEE-SLI duality description from gulenko, but whenever i "paste" it, there are all these russian sentences interspersed with what i copied and i don't know why. and it would take me forever to go through and delete them. so here is the direct link to be translated (hopefully this works).

    http://www.socioforum.su/viewtopic.php?f=318&t=33067

also, because it amuses me, here are the headlines underneath the link for each dual pair:

ILE-SEI: Hope to enjoy almost as enjoyable as the very pleasure

ESE-LII: And the deity, and inspiration, and life, and tears, and love ...

SLE-IEI: A kind word and a gun are more convincing than just a kind word

EIE-LSI: Unity and struggle of opposites!

    SEE-ILI: Together we are stronger!

    LIE-ESI: Pragmatic humanity

    IEE-SLI: Ice and Flame!

    EII-LSE: Poetry and Prose

sorry to ruin the badassness of it, but "garmonizator" means "harmonizer" in other words, someone who brings harmony.

SEI - To keep the angelic nature, you diabolical patience.
ESE - Nobody can be sad when he has a balloon!

IEE - And the impossible - possible!
SLI - It just seems that I'm not doing anything, at the cellular level I'm extremely busy.
LSE - Perfection - an image reflected in a mirror of hard work.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

"LSE unconsciously and continuously exerts pressure on the strong-willed people who do not meet any of the rules if they are legal and feasible to implement. On the other hand, this function appears in it as gambling, the willingness to argue on any subject, even if it does not know much about. "

Has anyone experienced this if a forum member? lol

From experience INFj male can go well to with ISTp female but this end often in fight :/ or ISTp saying thing wich appear a bit blah for the INFj.
INFj male can go with INFj female but INFj female are stuck into their loser/winner view, seeing every INFj male as loser while they are themself INFj (but the loser/winner stuff is perhaps reversed when it come to gender) - what is annoying is that they don't like to speak about themself wich can solve all the relationship problem, they prefer valuing things outside themself

    x)

INFj-ENFp was never experienced (aside friendship)(with guy).

INFj-ESTj is unstoppable relationship. Whatever the degree of fighting. It still end in the bed.

My fights with LSEs don't last. They explode and I calm them down while still insisting in my stubbornness and once they are calm they see it my way and I was right and don't apologize and we move on lol

This statement exemplifies some of the glue for this dual pair. I know of one LSE who is writing a book to show that Christ didn't exist while the EII is very religious/spiritual; both are highly educated. When discussing the book the LSE gets rather animated and aggressively passionate voicing a flood of opinions and facts while the EII listens stone-faced and every now an then throws in a well-calculated, terse counterpoint which seems to gradually redirect the LSE. One would swear that the LSE was bullying the EII but the stampeding herd is moved to the corral and the LSE goes red-faced silent after perhaps realizing that most of the argument was with himself. I'd swear the EII felt invigorated and smug like a cowboy would after doing a perfect job.......

That's probably how it works in your head but they might just basically give up on you for being so caught up in yourself
if you take that as winning or being right - well - I'd caution against that

I've been a part of this
it's better when the eii and lse care about each other ; when they don't or are less beholden to each other the same thing can play out but there is a necessary good-will (beyond just being good people or wishing benevolence) ; duality can be strange that way because the energy or input of the other person can be compelling even if the results are not

as for most of the argument being with the lse itself - yeah and it's better if the lse realizes this an uses the eii as a soundboard rather than an enemy ; as much as eiis might be good at what they do in that sense the punches and blows add up if they are not accounted for by concern

it is a freedom to be able to explode and to not hurt people in the process and that is what 4d te se can be like sometimes especially if they are more aggressive ennegram types ; it can be very intimate if someone is able to observe that and be a part of it in a constructive or good way while not having it turn like one is using the other

    compared to iee lse interactions
eiis tend to bring to a particular resolution -- being IJ and stronger ni / 4d

iees can do similar things but it tends to keep spiraling as they both want to 'put more energy' into things ; that can ultimately be draining if they are only going off of their instinctual drives ; draining but in some cases more exhilarating

@April, a Warning on an old school Socionics article? Why? I mean, I hate most of the old school descriptions too lol but they're what we have, and I hope most people understand that they were written for a different time and different culture and probably not translated super well. They should all be taken with a grain of salt. (And this doesn't even get into the problem of how there are almost NO Se/Ni valuing professional/old school/Russian Socionists!)

LSE

My apologies, Joy! I certainly did not mean to do that! My finger probably hit it as I was scrolling on my tablet. Lol, I would never seriously warn something like this, but there's sadly no way to un-warn.
