Apart from the leading male character (Mr. Yee) who is Ti-ISTj, the two other leading characters (Wong Chia Chi and Kuang Yu Min) are a very good example of Si-ESTj (very stereotypical) and Ne-INFj duality.

I thought Unforgiven was a Delta movie, but I'm more inclined to see it as a Gamma film. The character in my avatar is probably an SLI, but the over all feel points towards Gamma.

Glory was such a good movie. Only movie that made me cry. Field of Dreams is great too.

Default Excuse Me, Are You An IEE?

Hit me with some famous (preferably cinema character) IEEs.

Hopefully we can get some heroes in here.

    Default Best Delta Movie

If you want to understand the true world view of deltas, particularly the dual pair IEE-SLI, watch the Russian movie "Stalker":

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stalker_(film)

The main character, a clear-cut SLI and his wife, an IEE, clearly illustrates a world view where there is a constant disappointment about the mankind, its selfish motivations and its frivolous passions. However, there is a pillar that holds everything together and prevents their world from falling: hope.

Of special interest is the monologue the wife sustains with the Stalker near the end of the movie. Watch it.

Default TV shows Delta types like

I don't really watch alot of TV, but I think the following shows might be what a Delta type might enjoy watching and could have Delta themes in them:

    The Office
    The Apprentice
    Survivor
    Scrubs
    Ghost Whisperer

    .....

I really don't watch sitcoms or regular series. If I do, it's solely the reality based shows..mainly the crime/investigation type shows on a&e. Crime 360, Manhunters, etc. I don't have favorite shows...rather, favorite tv channels which are as follows: A&E, Discovery, Food Network, TLC. Really, the only series I've ever gotten into a lot was The Sopranos. The Office isn't bad but I loose interest after about 10 minutes...

    HOUSE OWNS JOO

    Then History, Discovery, etc.
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...

Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
    Whilst our laughter echoed,
    Under cerulean skies...

    Hm, shows I like...

Geeky (or is it nerdy?) ones like Star Trek and Stargate are always fun for me. Mystery or crime shows can be enjoyable, too, though I don't particularly like it when my mind gets scarred. I like Monk. Sometimes action shows can be interesting, if they're more than "bang, bang". MacGyver is an example of that. I like shows that engage my mind, feed my imagination, and engage my sympathies/feelings.

I don't watch broadcast TV, though, so I have a limited selection. Most of the "TV" I watch are shows that I already know I like and then borrow from the library.

I think it may be hard to narrow TV shows, or humor for that matter, or the like into distinct quadras. Part of that may have to do with clubs. But it also may be related to culture, etc.
Oh, to find you in dreams - mixing prior, analog, and never-beens... facts slip and turn and change with little lucidity. except the strong, permeating reality of emotion.

    Hell yeah it is.

I'd also like to add Dead Like Me, Wonderfalls, Pushing Daisies, Heroes (sure it's been mentioned), Doctor Who, Trigun, Firefly, Coupling (only the Jeff seasons though), and maybe some more I can't remember at this point.

Frazier was too highbrow for me. Planet Earth on the other hand was one of the most awesome things ever. I can watch that stuff over and over and never get tired of it.

Oh, and Scrubs is pretty good too.

Did you cath the marathon yesterday? That had to have been the most cozy Sunday for me...ever. Cuddled with my cat under the blankets and watched the marathon til I dozed off.

A policewoman I used to know who worked in child abuse section for a while told me that peadophiles are more likely as a group to be star trek fans than other groups. I remember thinking that when I went to see a star trek film years ago, and how most of the people there were on their own wearing anoraks and stuff (seriously.) I felt very reassured to be integrating into society so much more as I had a normal jacket and went with a friend.

    DELTA

and Planet Earth meaning this? That's great stuff.
I like Fraiser, too. His opening song about "tossed salad and scrambled eggs" I don't particularly care for. But the show is good most of the time.

Seinfeld is a good call, too. The people I know who like it a lot do happen to be delta.
