How is it possibly for anybody to not like Orlando Bloom? His slender legs, the deftness of his fingers, his elven looks....etc. etc.
Yup. He looks so much better with dark hair.
Yes he is. I like Orlando Bloom too, but not with the blond hair. And he looks better as he gets older - he was pretty young then.
Why thank you I love you all too, I wax my chest as a health precaution though..

've never seen the appeal of Orlando Bloom. He seems like a nice person, but I think if I knew him in real life, I'd just want to be friends. He seems like the type who would spend a lot of time on his hair. But each to their own...
    I've never found him attractive
I will never understand how any girl can like Orlando Bloom...
, I thought I was irresistible to men and women! hopes and dreams shattered forever, now I have to go back to the salon to wax my pubes and then I'll get plastic surgery

I tend to think that I am an INFJ so I am curious what you guys think of my movie choices. They are:

    Troy
    300
    Good Will Hunting
    Leon (The Professional)

All of these movies are inspiring to me in some way or another.

For the hair thing you guys are talking about, I want to grow a Leonidas from 300 beard. His was awesome!

I hardly ever watch movies...usually one or two maximum per year, for some reason I sort of miss the point of acting/movies as a source of entertainment and the whole thing reaches me as a "fake" thing to be avoided(yet more weirdness ). I tend to only make the effort for science fiction movies or a movie with a sort of moral message in the background but I thought Saving Private Ryan was pretty good.

I hope you mean that when you say "anime" what you mean to say is the "TV series" is Delta.

I don't know if this was already mentioned but I kind of think "Six Days Seven Nights" tells a ISTp-ENFp love story (Harrison Ford being ISTp).

You think Bill Lumbergh and Peter are duals??

The movie premise is typically Alpha - taking advantage of a flaw in the system to avoid work (Ti > Te, Si > Se). Based on memory, I would say Peter is ENTp. Given that, ESTj would make sense for Bill Lumbergh.

They didn't do it to avoid work, they did it to get un-earned money in the long term. However, I don't think that if the movie premise is Alpha as you say, that it necessarily means that the main characters are Alpha... I get the impression that Mike is INTp.

Also, the idea of duality being the best relation is skewed based on experience. Maybe it's the highest probability of having a good relation, but there are certainly bad ones.

    To mikemex,

I just don't see an ISTp with that energy level.

Yeah, I wasn't sure about Sam being ISTp.

    -------------------------------------------------------------

From the anime "Rurouni Kenshin" (though the OVAs are better):

    Kenshin - INFj
    Yahiko - ISTp
    Sanosuke - ESTj
Kaoru - ENFp or ESTj? It's hard because the OVAs and the TV series characters have slightly different personalities.

I would post videos of this but it is very bloody and violent...

I can see why you would say that. As to the historical Emperor Meiji's type, idk. I could see EII as a possibility. His poetry was very much pacifistic.

lol... UDP, what is it that you don't like about Reba? The good thing is that she actually has a round character, compared to the ESTj portrayals in movies, where the emphasis is only on "badass." Reba is a positive character. On the other hand, there are movies that portray ESTj (men in particular) as abusive towards their spouses and children. One that comes to mind might be "Sleeping with the Enemy" and this other one where the guy is a fighter pilot, but I can't remember the name.

On the other hand, there are movies that portray ESTj (men in particular) as abusive towards their spouses and children. One that comes to mind might be "Sleeping with the Enemy" and this other one where the guy is a fighter pilot, but I can't remember the name.
wtf, reba is a great ESTj. think i'm with you that i figure "somewhat-bumbling-and-quick-tempered ESTj" is probably a lot cooler than "alcoholic-who-beats-his-wife-regularly ESTj."
