Seems very family orientated ~ Sj.

edit: based on our conversation, you lean towards ESTj
Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.
If you're in this forum to learn something, be careful. Lots of misplaced toxicity.

he is very family orientated. He flew off to Brazil for a week and a half within hours of finding out his grandfather was sick. He talks about his family all the time and is very close with all of his extended family. He literally spent hours yesterday telling me about his family in Brazil, which included him showing tons of pictures and lots of video.

ISFp perhaps. I think it's clear that he's introvert, ethical, and ISFj can be ruled out, and probably INFp too.

So ISFp or INFj, but from her description ISFp seems more likely. More Si than Ne.

An INFj wouldn't talk that much to you, IMO. I doubt he is your identical. You would know if he was ENFj.
You still haven't ruled out ESTj.
Consider that he is with his family in that photograph, which he values greatly.

From what I hear he has not had the necessary argumentative style to accompany an LSI.

You should probably tell us more about him RC

RC has described him as being very very talkative about his family. Extremely talkative in general.

    Okay, more information.

He is an engineer, but also has an art degree. Very financially responsible, always pays his bills as soon as he gets them and manages his money well. Speaks 5 or six languages. Always needs to be doing something with people, he cannot just spend a day at home alone. Constantly talks to/about his family. He loves children and they love him. Athletic (regularly cycles, runs, and rock climbs). Dresses nice, like in the pictures, and well groomed. His house is usually very clean and he doesn't like disorganization. He can cook. He isn't completely oblivious to current events. uh... I guess that's all for now.

So that is all I types, and the leading extratims.

He does not strike me as Beta.

Alpha: He sounds possibly ESFj, not very ENTp
    Gamma: ENTj - perhaps
Delta: ESTj - perhaps, ENFp, perhaps, but sounds less likely.

You seem to portray him as an EJ temperment, with focus on . In that way, he does not seem Gamma. Now, because you say he is an engineer, that seems to point towards Te>Fe. It would help if you could differentiate between Te and Fe for us in regard to his personality.

Do you think he is j - rational?

I am not sure if that is enough to sway towards ESFj>ESTj
    Sounds rational.
It also sounds like we can rule out ENTj mostly.

since when is an ENFj described as "very financially responsible and always paying bills on time"? i don't see this as non-ENFj, necessarily, but i thought it was typically beta to completely ignore the economy/practical issues like this and expect their partner to take over it, please correct me if i'm completely wrong here. he just doesn't seem like a spendy-has-to-have-the-new-whatever-the-hell-is-fashionable -HA sort of person. he has also been described as "organized" which doesn't strike me as so incredibly ENFj either (i thought this was precisely why ISTj was their best match.) i don't know, i'm with UDP in that he doesn't strike me as beta at all, yet i think i'd probably like him a lot like FDG has said. he sounds like the kind of guy i might really like to date. /: he seems delta-ish to me and NFish, could still be alpha although really not nearly silly enough to be ISFp. i guess i could see an ENFj taking a great interest in their family like that, but i really think he seems too earthy and "there" to be beta. on the other hand, he looks a little like username JuJu (ENFj?) from what i remember. he seems more to me.

[edit] nevermind. i could see ENFj > ESFj only because he doesn't seem to have a polr and time management difficulties.

does he seem like much of an exaggerator or the type that would be prone to exaggerating events/reality etc?

b'cos I haven't seen such a nice ESTj (based on photos and descriptions by RC) before? The ones I have met IRL seem to be self-centered, obsessed with achievement and look standoff-ish.
