i did a description of my brother and people rather unanimously agreed that he was ESTj. i admit i don't see a ton of similarities between the two, if i try to use my brother as some benchmark ESTj. i'd hardly call him achievement-obsessed (have met some ESTjs who are,) but he isn't un-successful either.

Those are not socionics factors...

and it also furthers my inclination to make a thread about how the most obvious, apparent things in relation to functions or types are the extremes, often the negative extremes. Surely all ESTjs are not that way, just like all LIIs are not physics majors.
