Wiley Coyote is always making up new inventions; what else are ILEs famous for? What type is as famous for this as ILE? We really have nothing else to go off of...
Roadrunner is, IMO, obviously ExFx, if for nothing else than simply his bubbliness and high levels of activity; another point for, as well. As for irrational, well, I guess you could just stack that up to a vibe. Plus, Wiley Coyote is always trying to kill Roadrunner, so I guess that's a point for conflicting relations.
Obviously this is all horribly simplistic reasoning, but it's a cartoon, and this is basically all I have to go on...

I would even say, one of the makers of the cartoon is an ENTP. if i look at the humour and inventions.

Roadrunner needs to be in constant physical activity, he's happiest when running. Se EP. He makes fun of, and taunts, Wiley Coyote despite the latter's goal ie to eat him. I'd say he has decided that Wiley Coyote poses no real threat so has fun with him rather than see him as an enemy. Again Se EP.

They are very consistent characters, since every single cartoon is just another version of the same basic plot. So it's the same point over and over, and based on precisely the same motivations and behavior for both characters, so it's actually extremely easy to type them.
If they had had one episode where Wiley Coyote has a chance to eat Roadrunner but decides not to, or one in which they become friends (or whatever), then typing them would make no sense.
