    Default Grieving

I'm wondering how different types deal with the grieving process when they lose someone close.

I'm not particuarly affected at all. Then again, I'm young, so I haven't seen much death.

My best friend from high school died in October. I'm looking for experiences like that.

God, I feel ashamed posting this I guess. My Mother died when I was fifteen. It was very sudden, she was in the hospital for a kidney stone and they over dosed her on Demerol. We had a really good relationship, but I was strangely okay with her death. I cried initially when I found out she was dead, I woke up to my Father scream so I guess it was more of a shock than anything. But I did not cry at the funeral, and I got over it very quickly. To the point of people being pissed at me for 'not being upset'. I've had a few close friends die to and it had about the same effect.

To elaborate, I became a recluse for months, to the extent of losing my job, my health, what few friends I had, and almost my house (Adderall had a bit to do with this as well). I learned so much about the paradoxical nature of the universe. Death is the same as life for without one the other could not be. They define eachother.

In summary, I took it harder than I realized I was at the time. I spent my days pondering the nature of the universe while ignoring my physical needs. I came out a much better and more enlightened person.

My grandfather and cat died, yet I didn't feel a thing. I guess I wasn't close enough to him to feel anything, and the cat died so suddenly that it was hard to believe that it ever happened.

HGAHAH I find duals are frustrating more than anything (must be the F) I like identicals , rather more appropriate for me. Could be the narcisistic bastard inside of me, or it could be that our humors tend to be...well "identical" that the general population cannot comprehend. ITs not that IM TRYING to offend, its that i DONT CARE.

They do, especially given the topic of the thread.

And please, don't get a dual...
