What do you think? I've seen him typed as ENTj somewhere. The typical typings that are usually made by MBTI say ENTP, ESTP. I don't think he's an ESTp.

He reminds me of an ENFj friend of mine.

I think he gives off a delta vibe - like some quadras have certain facial features etc. I think he's a ENFp anyways.

I don't think he's ENFp - he studied accounting and kept the Rolling Stones' books for a long time. Doesn't sound particularly like an ENFp thing. We'd be all about hiring someone to do that, but he wanted to keep control over the money.

hmm...maybe your're right
I think the Rolling Stones value stuff quite a lot (I can't get no satisfaction etc. ), and Keith Richards is almost archetypally ISTp. Bianca Jagger might be ISTp too, but that doesn't mean anything, cuz they're divorced...
I find it quite difficult to tell apart Beta + Delta style music - Delta values are supposed to be respectable and Beta is all about worshiping the devil etc.
Mick Jagger looks a bit like this chef called Jamie Oliver who I think is ESTj, but I guess I don't know enough about Jagger to say whether that's a plausible type (I'm irritating aren't I ). I think Mick Jagger is too in to fashion to be ESTj...I'm gonna look at some quotes and slowly disappear out of this thread...

Yes, and I think he's ENTj too.Originally Posted by FDG

Some quotes - beware of my selective bias! He says he's not a sophisticated businessperson, and yet wishes he studies it - I think even though ENTj's are better than most at business things, people often play down things they are actually good at, cuz they realise they aren't perfect, and so may think they are a failure or something (so maybe what matters is the fact he talks about business related things? I guess, grudgingly, ENTj is a plausible type).
I am not a librarian of my own work. It's a good thing not to be too involved with what you have done.I am not very conscious of the figures of speech that I use.I bluff it. I don't throw my weight around and say I know what I'm doing.I don't like being completely isolated. I need the energy from other people.I don't really count myself as a very sophisticated businessperson. I'm a creative artist. All I know from business I've picked up along the way.I don't think that being in a full-time relationship is necessarily for everybody all of the time. It's not some state of grace that you're in, but who knows what will happen in the future?I got nasty habits; I take tea at three.I never really studied business in school. I kind of wish I had, but how boring is that?I read the most extravagant things about people who suffer and depress because of things written about them.I really don't see myself being apart from music. I like doing lots of different things. I've been involved in film for quite a long time and I just like doing film.

I think ENFj is possible allright, not really ENFp though.

I <3 Jamie Oliver (in a totally hetro way ) . I love watching that naked chef show where he cooks (obviously ) ... something about his whole idiom is really soothing to me. But he still seems too wound up, jumpy, and kidlike to fit my image of an ESTj... (not that I have a better suggestion)Originally Posted by Subterranean

He moves his body like an Ep, or at least he used to.
Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.
If you're in this forum to learn something, be careful. Lots of misplaced toxicity.

I was thinking about an ENFj friend of mine who actually runs a rock band, takes drugs and is really talkative and mobile. So I am pretty convinced that MJ is an ENFj too, but i could be wrong....
And ENFp..no way! ENFp may be leaders but they're not "chiefs" and it is clear that MJ is a "chief"
ENTj...MJ is so crazy...ENTjs are businesslike and serious

He is ESTj. Same facial expressions of my late stepfather who was ESTj-Si. I think they're the same subtype. Although he was serious, he was very crazy, sociable and funny. I know an ESTj-Si woman who is extremely similar to Jagger, very thin, crazy and with a sense of humour.
Gulenko describes the ESTj as skinny. I've never seen an ESTp or ENTj so skinny. ENTp also is a type that is generally strong or at least dense.
By the way, he looks a very tense guy, gusty, not relaxed, specially when performing, doesn't fit SLE, LIE or ILE which are more sustained types. Even EIE isn't tense as him. The most tense type is ESTj. His crazy behavior is probably his well developed Ne Hidden Agenda.
Just a comment: this forum's consensus is wrong 99% of times.
Huh...EIE? Might be very off. Typing by how skinny someone is or isn't is retarded.

This is the comment you are looking for
LIE from start to finish.
My ESI-Se friend was looking at Jagger's picture on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine, looked at me, and she said I was making that exact expression.
Hey, it's just my face doing that, not me.
I decided EIE>LIE last time I typed him, after watching a lot of Rolling Stones documentaries (My Life as a Rolling Stone (2022) especially).
He studied finance and accounting and is probably the most shrew ruthless money-grubber of the band, so he'd fit the LIE stereotype I guess. Studied at the London School of Economics so maybe he's LSE.
I have:
Mick Jagger as EIE>LIE
Keith Richards as IEI>ILI
Charlie Watts as IEI>EII
Ronnie Wood as IEE>ILE
