Hmmm -- I think IJ is most obvious from VI, and it fits with what I know of his character and personality, but I don't think ISFj is the most likely.

My impression of him, both from VI and what I know of his life, is that he was a strong Ti IJ, perhaps similar to UDP -- either INTj or ISTj. I think he was still on the INTj side.
He reminds me in many ways of Thabo Mbeki, the president of South Africa, where Mbeki is more obviously Ne than Zhou.
