That can also be said about E vs I functions. Also there are both astronomers and nuclear physicists who are N. Unless you are talking about perception in reference to the self... An ESFp prof of mine that teacher comp graphics said somethign interesting actually... he said as you get older your vision becomes more wide angle... and i was like thinking to myself... not true for me, mine gets more narrow as i get older... and i realized he was making a subjective statement about perception, because he is developing his role function that is making him distribute his focus acros a wider dataset, and mine is doing the opposite.
