Thread: Socionics and nationality?

    Default Socionics and nationality?

Has anyone found connections between place of orgin and type? Most of you seem far more schooled in the art of this than I, so I thought I might ask. Yes. That is all. Don't kill me.

Agreed, the least obsese state in the USA, Colorado, seems to be an outdoors ISTP haven... I have yet to visit. I am a Canadian and though this is less apparent in the cities, I see a definite socionics connection.

I will not bother guessing which Canadian provinces are more close to what socionics type.

Im sure if there was a study, they could correlate everything from temperature to cuisine, from architecture to national sports.

It would definitely be a very interesting undertaking, but the problem would be accurately typing EVERYONE.

You would definitely need to account for relevant error and all that.

You might want to do a search for the word "ethno" (as in ethno-socionics) or "country", or some similar term.

    That's ok, rmcnew. Really.

I grew up between America and a few different European countries. In this I have found that like minds tend to merge with like minds, who in turn breed like minds. I might just be talking out of my ass but when I go to certain cities they strike me as very "Type-ish". For an example I gravitate towards Prague and most of the INTp's I know reside there. Just a thought.
