She looks ESE to me. Her movements look way more deliberate than an Ne lead's and usually chefs have Si, as well as her just generally coming across as a sensor. Aside from that, there is also a lot of concern with makeup, fashion, etc. that suggests Exxj (especially ESxj). Keep in mind that VIing someone is not great as the primary way of identifying them. I for one have pretended to be various kinds of people for different reasons and once some guy who was into poker got mad at me for "not having a tell" and "being unreadable" or something like that.
