why do you think Freder's ENFP? i'd have guessed INFJ or ISFJ. That being said, it's been at least a couple of years since last time i saw this movie.

Freder seemed to me to be a Delta NF extrovert rather than introvert. He's pretty much taking the initiative all around after meeting Maria for the first time.

Rotwang is perhaps a good example of an ESTj gone vindictive and bad.

I just saw this for the first time... decent movie for a silent... didn't give me too much of a headache

Just note that a lot of science-fiction's cliches - like the mad scientist - came from there. Rotwang was the first.
