The character, not the real life person or the actor. I was just thinking about how people often somewhat mistake what 'quality of life' or 'comfort' mean in relation to of the ESTj. Here's a character that exemplifies that function. The character could be ESFj too, but I call ESTj by the skin of his teeth.

The "fish out of water" phenomenon is particularly illustrative of the 'judicious' trait of 'Si' and a character so openly meddling in people's affairs is certainly not IxxP.

The 'quality of life' and 'comfort' is whatever the person has mastered and gotten used to.
First eliminate every possible source of error. Thence success is inevitable.

Lol i was just thinking of this movie from my childhood because someone told to watch something that makes me feel good (i'm a bit under the weather).

And agreed on Si not being all fluffy bunnies (which is why i think Gordon Ramsey is LSE, but that's a topic for another thread)
