I will list some methods to help INFJ to release themselves from Fi grips.
First off relax. I mean really relax and don’t think of the event, person, event, place, stressor causing this anxiety, depression, hyper focus.
Try to mentally detach yourself from the current situation and for a few minutes be present with something different be it reading a news article or whatever it is you have in interest in. Try to be present with your senses not focus back inwards.
When you feel like detaching from your environment do the opposite force yourself to get back in it. If you feel overwhelmed by your feelings and need to hide out in your bed and not play with your kids do the opposite get back in there. Try to stay in the moment.
