That's very much how he acts when he's in a good mood. (If he's in a REALLY good mood he may even do it in an old granny voice or another voice that impersinates someone, such as a celebrity or character or his mom or my boss or something.<3)
When he's in a really bad mood he'd have similar advice... but it would be a lot more critical and sarcastic and it would probably be followed by "Why are you asking stupid shit like that anyways? I don't care," followed by more mean advice. Luckily it's rather rare for him to get into moods like that.
