if u are overwhelmed and dont think u can support someone the way they need u to, u should be able to tell them that u cant, while that doesnt mean u dont care, and they should understand

a problem that made an impression on me is if u dont like pushy ppl too much, u will be dishonest with them by supporting them while not liking them, which they could sense somehow and mirror that back at u, so its like u dont let them know where u stand with them which makes them feel unstable around u which would make u feel unstable around them

so its like someone needs to be truly honest first and if the other party is not reciprocating it keeps falling apart

IEEs do that kind of thing where they take smth to mean worse than it really does, in this case someone being insecure about how much u value them, u can take it as "i put in so much effort to care and then u dare question me about it", while ur also putting up with something they are doing and not expressing that u have a problem with it (IEEs (maybe other ppl) can have some wacky ideas about whats tolerable sometimes, which will make ppl call them out on it, and if ppl did that to u u may feel like u and ur problems have been constantly invalidated, which may or may not be fair, so u wouldnt want to express it bc u dont feel valued/understood/cared for)

i said earlier here to someone about their IEE friend not supporting them when they'd express feelings for them, that IEEs often think someone's feelings is up to that someone to change and no one from the outside can change it (EIIs can also be like that maybe), so that kind off external support is alien or nonsensical to IEEs. this goes back to the idea where IEE may get offended at something without it really being reasonable for them to feel that way (Ti PoLR) - not saying that u are any of that, tho ofc everyone is unreasonable to some extent, maybe im struggling to word it

This is probably (ok, it is) faulty logic. But it makes me wonder if you and Olimpia are the same type or something similar.

about your type…it’s simply an opinion and prob not as good as some others, but as of now, IEE seems it could be right. If you are an N or H subtype, that’s make you seem like a more introverted Si type, which I think explains the SEI typings. Although I can understand why people are typing you SEI, especially if they don’t subscribe to the subtype theory…
