Ethical types, betas, Sx-firsts/seconds
I don't feel like I've noticed much of a trend tbh. Feels much more cultural than type-related

In a very stereotypical way this seems EIE. I think there's a neon-ness to Beta.
And IEE.
People that score high in terms of extroversion, intuition, ethics. Maybe irrational types are more likely to do so.
SLE, EIE, and IEE
Great question. I happen to have spent significant time in a cultural environment in which people dyeing their hair unnatural colors (e.g. red, blue etc.) was somewhat common and I have observed general trends in the types of people who tend to do it. Overall, I tend to believe that there's lots of small signifiers (such as hair dyeing) that do actually give some meaningful clues towards a person's type (when taken all together). Of course, these things are culture dependent, both macro-culture (e.g. country, region etc.) and sub-culture (school or work environment, age-range, etc.). So for example, in an American context, fifty years ago when tattoos were less normalized, there might have been meaningful trends in the socionics types of people who got them, but now that they're so common (even regular housewives might have several) having tattoos yields less meaningful information.
With this context in mind, in my experience/observations (American university context) the types most inclined to dye their hair (roughly in order of likelihood) are ESFp, then ISFj (mbti ISFP) and ENFp, then INFj (Mbti INFP). If I encounter someone who has dyed their hair a crazy color, they overwhelmingly tend to be one of these four types. If not, they're probably one of the central types (especially Beta's). I don't think I've ever met a (non-ethical) Delta with dyed hair, and it also seems fairly uncommon among Alphas. There are various ways that one might try to explain these trends, but this is what I've seen.
beta NF types, and I think they are almost the only people who do it. same with full body or face tattoes
I've always been surprised at people who can go without preparation and radically change their hairstyle to crazy. For me, dyeing my hair and changing my hairstyle is a serious step that you need to be ready for mentally. Moreover, I only trust my hair to professionals like novahairtransplantnyc.com. You need to have high-quality, beautiful, thick hair because you can look ugly without it. And most importantly, you can't hide your hair anywhere. Therefore, I think it's better not to be lazy and take care of your hair seriously, and even if you want to make a non-standard hairstyle, first look at how it looks on other people and also visualize how it will look on you. It is even better to contact the stylists who will tell you what hairstyle suits you best.
