they're kinda different. worf is very different from the other klingons because he is the only one in starfleet. other klingons are like "dude wtfxup with that" sort of....but more mean. and worf's woman, she is a lot different, but one of her parents was human, her mother i think.

I don't think they represent a quadra. If we work on the logic that the species of Star Trek represent historical societies I'd suppose that the Vulcans represent the society to come, and by this I mean humans of the future. 1) Vulcans fit IJ best and then IXTj as Pedro said, and then ISTj IMO. Perhaps they don't fit perfectly in common perceptions of IXTj, but where would they fit better?
2) They certainly don't value Fe in terms of outward expression of emotion in an stereotypical EXFj manner, or of calling attention to what they are feeling, but their society is also based on proper social behavior (where it is precisely the display of emotions that is the ultimate faux pas) including those silly rituals. That can also be seen as Fe.
