    Feel free to explain.
Then, the angel asked her what her name was. She said: "I have none"

In an Alpha society you are not considered less of a person for asking a dumb question, instead you would be encouraged to discuss every idea you have on mind without fear of retaliation, I think it is the perfect culture for learning, though being a private person would be frowned upon and there would be a lot of gossip about you... but it would be interesting to see what it would be like to have a society like the one in Ancient Greece, adapted to our current times. We would have an stochocracy, a perfect antiaristocratic form of government (except for the part in which women could not participate in politics), in which people represented themselves instead of having political parties that represented the interests of a few (see the video "The Rules for Rulers").

Here's a video explaining how modern democracy and athenian democracy differ:

    communistic (collectivistic, humanistic)
dreams about this were in sci-fi books written in USSR: by Efremov, Strugatskiye, Bulychev, etc.

    Why?

It's where norma for people is to live for happier life of humanity. And where they have enough to feel good in such living.
It's not paradise where anything is good and noone feels pain. It's where people are happy in fighting and working for better future for all.
The altruistic approach in people has allowed to do technological and humanitarian progress with the speed and results more than ever before. Basic needs were cared best than ever before too. Much was reduced inner-society harmful competing, losts and destructions caused by this. Common relations between people were alike good brothers and friends have, - mutual support and care.
People were educated and edified to be such. Raised by society organisations, not in families. Their genomes were improved. Anyone was good and widely trained, not specialized to narrow field by the cost being inferior in other.
The society has created itself step by step for better, by reducing chaos and negative traits in most important factor - peoples mind and body. This has allowed to improve the Earth and to move further.

    -

Quadras - is about types having same valued functions. Types are psyche accentuations - disorders.
Good society has equally used all 8 variants of 4 functions as all 8 are equally important. It would support in people to be without disorders, including Jung types which make people semi-wise and higher neurotic.

Gamma, due to greater focus on personal preferences and activity and ability to work well with systems created by first two quadra.

    Alpha, hell no, just ridiculous.

Beta, also hell no, too much division. Too impersonal/non-discerning when it comes to individuals. Too much religiosity.

Delta, a close second after Gamma.
I'm sorry, but I'm psychologically disturbed.

Zero, zero votes for beta or delta. Most pick gamma, probably because techno-libertarianism sounds better to me than anarcho-primitivism too. Maybe something is deeply wrong with socionics, which postulates you should have all these totalitarians running around, yet at least on typology sites, you don't see all that many totalitarians running around.

Well, I do live in Delta environment but eh, it always feels better to live in an environment where you can be, well, yourself.
But the country itself is Alpha. Ah, this seems contradictory enough so maybe it's time to embrace the inner LSI of mine... or ILI.

    So, Gamma > Delta >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Beta/Alpha.
