ur the kind of person to kill a patient with medicine and say u did objectively the best for him while someone else cures him then u deny that had anything to do with it. whats more objective than a bunch of vegans obviously degenerating but they eat according to standards someone made up so they must be fine and its not the veganism
edit post alive's response: are u* instead of "u are"

I'm sure all those fruits and vegetables are going to kill me soon, meanwhile the raw meat will make you live to a hundred![]()
No need to insult. Im not sure this raw primal diet is good but being vegan is definitely bad for your health

It is not, and more and more studies are showing that a whole-foods, plant-based diet is ideal for all age groups. The problem that most of these vegan influencers who fail to follow it have is that they don't eat enough and are therefore malnourished. Meat is much more calorie dense, but will clock your arteries and raise your LDL cholesterol score in the long run. Sv3erige stands in front of vegan meetups and eats disguting pieces of raw meat, and also believes the earth is flat. He is mentally handicapped and gives advice that could kill people. you have to have a double digit IQ to defend that idiot.
I tried looking at his before compared to now not sure he is more healthy. He got more muscle and that's cause of his training and even there despite looking more bulky somehow his muscle insertion look kind of worse. Svr3ge look bigger than this guy and his body looks healthier and he doesn't even train, you could say it's genetic i guess. His collagen also got worse, more upper eyelids exposure thing that i see in all vegan transformation and also worse under eye support, face look longer more droopy than before. You could say it's just aging idk.
Cause despite what you're telling me i tried to look at the opposite side to see if svr3ge is wrong but i did not find one vegan who doesn't look worse and unhealthy after. Even with this im still not sure raw primal diet is good despite svr3ge undeniable transformation and health improvement but i came to the conclusion that being vegan is bad for your health
Veganism is so bad that Kim A. Williams, former President of the American College of Cardiology, is a vegan himself.

The medical literature is replete with data indicating the dangers of eating animal products. Plant-based diets are associated with lower rates of obesity and diabetes, high quality of life and longer life-expectancy, as well as less hypertension, dyslipidemia, peripheral artery disease, coronary disease, myocardial infarction, erectile dysfunction, heart failure, stroke and death. One series of articles I like to quote has been published in JAMA (2016, 2019, and 2020), indicating the increased mortality with consumption of animal protein instead of vegetable protein. Same title (“Association of Animal and Plant Protein Intake With All-Cause and Cause-Specific Mortality”), different long-term cohorts, two from the US, one from Japan, but same results. Replacing even 3% of the animal protein with vegetable protein reduces cardiovascular, cancer, and all-cause mortality 1-3 .
