One of the things I've always liked about Willie Randolph is his cool-headed approach, and I think Torre is similar, but in a different way.

Randolph when the Mets lost game 3 of the NLCS brought my own spirits up just from listening to him at the press conference. With him I got a sense that everything was under control. Also, he frequently gets these hunches toward a particular move in a game. Such as a time he chose to keep a right handed reliever in to face a left handed batter in a clutch situation, and it seemed to be the right move. I noticed this frequently. If he is an ENTp I would say he's a ENTp-T, but I've considered an Ftype, perhaps an Ni F type. What do you think?

What are some differences you've noticed between Torre and Randolph and their styles?
