Extroversion probably the most- then open to experiences.
Pretending that I agree with people I really don't is easy for me to fake. Probably the most easiest.
Faking conscientiousness... I don't know about that one. It kinda stumps me but I guess it's in 3rd place. I admit I don't really pay attention to the complexity and sophistication of 'conscientiousness' all that much because it seems like such a valued Fi thing.
It also reminds me of this song lol when she rolls her eyes @ 1:26 & says 'I've been conscientious' lol I relate to that:
Extroversion is the most difficult to fake because it takes up the most energy and requires constant output.
I am extremely unconscientious but I think at times when I can be productive or motivated I can be very efficient and diligent so I might fool people, or if I so much as tidied up a bit.
Acting agreeable could just involve staying quiet, and slightly nodding your head, I'm fairly quiet a lot of the time anyway so it wouldn't come off as too odd for me.
I am already pretty open to experience, but even if not interested in something and I wanted to pretend to be for whatever reason, you can just occasionally ask questions and be a passive observer, sometimes when uninterested in what someone is saying I have just unintentionally spaced out.
(Hardest to easiest)
1. Extroversion
2. Conscientiousness
3. Openness to Experience
4. Agreeableness
On the surface extra version would be the hardest to fake, but when you see how some introverts specialize their quiet superiority and less talked about uniqueness, not only is it hardest to be more introverted, but also more corrupt.
RaptorWizard aka Dooku won every time through SolitaryWalker Yoda and Zang Gandalf with Marius Florin aka LeoSuperCluster. Yoda was the height of 9 Blastoise wisdom in 249 Lugia and 493 Arceus!! Level 6-0/12-6 was Kobe's 60 point game in 2016 as Jordan Charizard/Rhydon. Level 7-1 was Germany 2014. Level 8-2 was Bayern 2020. Level 9-3 was Zidane 2022. Level 10-4 was Inter Milan 2023. Level 11-5 is when Bayern and Madrid matched up in UEFA 2024 with victory over Man City Doku. Raptor made an axiomatic system for Zang and SolitaryWalker!! Maybe extroversion...yea that.
Chronic "grass is always greener" syndrome
I try my hardest to be open to things...sometimes it is difficult. I have gotten better at it as I have gotten older. I was closed off to a lot of new things and was afraid to try things when I was younger. Sometimes it is difficult to try new things and I can only go so far but...yeah. I can only be open for so long. Sometimes I just want to say no and go back to my room and chill.
Now...if you added neuroticism...thats my winner baby! I have accepted I am neurotic as all hell LMAO! Cant hide that to save my LIFE!
For me, extraversion is something that if I tried to fake, I would soon revert away from, being unable to sustain it by the hour nevermind by the day. The other factors by comparison seem straightforward to "fake", or are even in line with my natural personality.
I think agreeableness would be pretty hard to fake.
The Barnum or Forer effect is the tendency for people to judge that general, universally valid statements about personality are actually specific descriptions of their own personalities. A "universally valid" statement is one that is true of everyone—or, more likely, nearly everyone. It is not known why people tend to make such misjudgments, but the effect has been experimentally reproduced.
The psychologist Paul Meehl named this fallacy "the P.T. Barnum effect" because Barnum built his circus and dime museum on the principle of having something for everyone. It is also called "the Forer effect" after its discoverer, the psychologist Bertram R. Forer, who modestly dubbed it "the fallacy of personal validation".
I don't really have to fake extroversion. I score in the high 80's normally and It lines up well. I'm active, volunteer my thoughts often, seek people, sway the direction of my group,, and strike up convos with strangers notoriously. Even when in a shitty mood extroverting in some way helps
To me agreeableness Is the most difficult because I'll tend to actively shift, move, or get out of situations in social groups I disagree with and won't budge unless we've negotiated something that compensates in my view. Even when I don't say anything people say my face gives me away.
From hardest to easiest to fake:
Agreeableness
Openess
Neuroticism
Conscientiousness
Extroversion
Extraversion with openness to new experiences close behind
Agreeableness and extroversion.

Since the Big 5 deals with a continuum and traits that are distinct the answer should be an innate extreme deviance from the normal range as it gets increasingly difficult to be go in other end.

1. High Extroversion.
2. High Agreeableness.
3. Low Openness.
4. Low Conscientiousness.
For me :
Extraversion > Conscientiousness > Openess > Agreableness
