    Anecdotally, I've been noticing more vocal Christian lefties (even on this forum) alongside more people with left-leaning economic values mixed in with traditionalism. They've always existed in large numbers but were underrepresented. There's no reason to suppose that our current era of politics will last forever: Once the baby boomers pass on, different political ideas should (re)emerge.
