    Post your workout session, during/after your workout. Let's see some numbers!

    Name: Great!
    Age: not young anymore
    Height: average
    Weight: too much

    Today, I tested the 1 rep max of the bent-over barbell row. 122 lbs, which is hilariously weak. Other numbers include: Bench Press @ 163 lbs and hex bar deadlift @ 219 lbs (impressive I know).

    I walked for 30 minutes today. I also took a wicked dump so that dropped a few pounds.
