I found some old posts of mine and apparently I've been talking about trying to deal with PoLR Si for a while now. Someone earlier said it was an EJ thing, that could be.

Some people are really against their PoLR, I'm not at all I see its importance.

I want to use Si where I can appreciate the little things in life and relax my body. Seriously I feel tense all the time and I'm always thinking about where I am and where I'm going in terms of my career and life in general. I want to just take a breath and let go with the flow every once in a while.
The Barnum or Forer effect is the tendency for people to judge that general, universally valid statements about personality are actually specific descriptions of their own personalities. A "universally valid" statement is one that is true of everyone—or, more likely, nearly everyone. It is not known why people tend to make such misjudgments, but the effect has been experimentally reproduced.

The psychologist Paul Meehl named this fallacy "the P.T. Barnum effect" because Barnum built his circus and dime museum on the principle of having something for everyone. It is also called "the Forer effect" after its discoverer, the psychologist Bertram R. Forer, who modestly dubbed it "the fallacy of personal validation".

no guarantees, but if you want to try it eating probiotics like unpasteurized yogurt and cutting out spicy food could help. There is some science that suggests gut microbiome has an effect on behavior, and that you can change it using probiotics/spicy food. Also cutting out coffee too if you find yourself drinking it alot.
