He is well liked where he lives, but pot for personal use is a non-issue there. Even small grow ops are pretty much left alone. Their problems are with violence.

Oh yeah here its' very very very liberal about that. Until the US startes complaining there were caffees where you could go and buy and smoke pot no problem. You could buy seeds, you could buy equipment for growing it. Most people that had minor grow operations got only fines. Right in front of the house where I live there is a school and drive to its parking lot to chills and smoke. There always several parked there full of smokers. The police cruises by every once in a while to check that everybody if ok.
